Jim Earle

A former US Army Ranger and graduate of San Diego State (BA Business 1993) Jim combines the discipline of an Airborne Ranger with the professionalism of former top-performing stockbroker.

After a decade as a money manager with Morgan Stanley and AG Edwards, Jim utilized his financial management skills and a life-long love of building projects to found Carmel Valley Home Improvement.

Extensively training in multiple aspects of the construction business, Jim has garnered a reputation as a thorough, well-organized reliable contractor. With a background in finance, his estimates and billings are always accurate, and as a former Ranger Squad leader his crews are always tightly managed.

Jim is committed to providing timely, professional on-budget projects that exceed customer expectations.

A 15 year San Diego resident and a father of two, Jim and his wife currently live in the Carmel Valley area.
